I receive a lot of invites to review products, services, venues etc. Very rarely do I go on to accept these offers.
I am of the belief that you cannot do justice to that which your heart is not naturally enthused about.
When the distinguished Howard from One Aldwych London got in contact, I felt an innate compulsion to accept his complimentary invite to stay at the hotel.
Refreshingly, his approach spoke of the sort of service and work ethic that I believe in. Service that goes goes far beyond the customer/consumers expectations. Where as opposed to the the customer always being right, it is the case of the customer being seen as a unique individual with an equally unique story.
The small luxury five star hotel (anything but small on quality of service) is one of those secrets that you share all the while wishing you could keep to self. The selfish longing is overpowered by the unabashed enthusiasm it provokes.
One Aldwych London is certainly more than just a hotel. It is an experience. An experience that is almost personalized and bespoke in its nature. An experience that cannot be kept to oneself. One that breaks your glass-capped ceiling of the pre-conceived notion.
The hotel is said to be one of a kind but dare I suggest that One Aldwych London is in actual fact, the creator of the one of the kind experience. Each personalized to suit the individual guest in question.
