This floaty grey meets soft aubergine purple piece (I adore it’s hue) is the twin sister of this blush piece. Both pieces were picked up brand new in a thrift store. Their labels had been cut out so I unfortunately have no idea who they are by.
Weightless aspirationsYesterday afternoon I was in the mood for it’s light translucent ‘ I have a mind of my own’ sort of nature. There is something free spirited and liberating by it’s form and graduating length. I wore it over this thin silver shot lurex knit vintage top. The acid washed and ripped Levi’s are perfect for lazy afternoons. The acid rinse was a product of insomnia fueled night. Sometimes weird makes sense
Don’t ask me why but to me the pale yellow lip colour just seemed to be the finishing piece to the outfit’s puzzle. You know when something just makes intrinsic sense but cannot be explained? That is how it was with the yellow lipstick. The last piece in the puzzle
I think the best things come together when you are not looking to fit anything. Like with these images for instance… I was in the car headed to my destination for the day. I spotted the wall on our way and liked how desolate it looked. It was almost as if it encapsulated the complete mood of my outfit. It was completely random and unplanned but I like the bleak and barren grey expanse of it all.
