What Say Thou? // Monochrome

It is a black and white colored summer ahead and it was on a catwalk near you.

If you looked it was there in a variety of guises; stripes at the likes of Oscar De La Renta and Marc Jacobs (the latter served both the horizontal and vertical stripe while the form had the perfect strapless Park Avenue gown with stripes), at Louis Vuitton it was the Damier Check. Over at Proenza Schouler the duo known for their collaged arts and crafts inspired texture gave an artisan graphic spin on the trend.

This is no new trend by any mile and every few seasons it crops its monochrome head again. Thoughts on black and white?

    It has been a while darling. Hope you have been well. I am a fan of monochrome too but only if I can add splashes of print and color hehhehe :)
