
When I discovered this vintage kimono (a long story in itself) it was worse for wear. It had an angry stain and had a lining that was torn in many places. A great dry cleaner and some tender loving care later and it was a new kimono.
A sane woman would not have bought it but I like a challenge.
As with most vintage purchases I make, I am intrigued by their lives before me. Who their owners were, how they discovered the piece and how they wore them.
If clothes could only talk.
