Fall 2012 looks like the season of enough baubles to rival your Christmas tree! No need for any jewellery here as garments are dripping in enough embellishment to keep a magpie happy. At Louis Vuitton it was shiny and a fair bit holographic, keeping all that Edwardian inspired garb bang in the present. Prada seems to have a love affair with crystal. Remember the the spring 2010 collection with dangling chandelier like crystal detail? This time (as always with Miuccia) the crystal and sequin is thrown into a confusing hybrid of elements that only Prada got dream up.Will you be ditching your baubles for this new dawn of the super embellished garment?
